Generously proportioned apartment with two balconies, situated on the third storey of a very well-maintained multi-family building. Direct access to the apartment from the building’s lift. This is a non-smoking property. The Hofgarten is directly by the door, inviting you to take part in sporting activities or simply just relax. The Königsallee, banks of the Rhine and the Altstadt are all only a few minutes’ walk away. An excellent range of shops, restaurants and cafes in the direct vicinity. The rent has been calculated on the basis of occupancy by up to two people, and includes service charges, heating costs and the cost of the internet access. Electricity must be paid for separately. If required, you can also rent a space in the underground garage for €105 a month. The property owner is responsible for final cleaning at the end of your stay. This will be invoiced according to the work involved, at a rate of €52 plus VAT per hour.

The bathroom features a bath with shower partition, WC, bidet and twin washbasins, as well as access to the bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a high quality bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and extremely spacious fitted wardrobes. The adjoining balcony provides a wonderful view of the courtyard garden. A separate guest WC also houses the washing machine with dryer function. The apartment’s fittings and furnishings meet the very highest standards in respect of design and function.

Pempelfort is closely bound up with Düsseldorf’s development as a city of the arts and as a garden city. A large part of the Hofgarten, with its gardener’s lodge (today the Theatermuseum) and the Schloss Jägerhof palace, which was built in the 18th century and is now the home of the Goethe Musuem), lies in Pempelfort. The popular shopping streets around Schadowstraße and the Königsallee, along with the Altstadt, are all just a few minutes away. The district of Pempelfort also houses the Ehrenhof complex, which was built in 1925 and houses a museum, the Tonhalle concert hall and exhibition space, the NRW Forum museum and the Museum Kunstpalast art history museum. Covering 2.69 km² and with 27,300 inhabitants, Pempelfort is the largest and most densely populated ward in the Stadtbezirk 1 municipal district.
