Quiet side street with parking, a short drive from Bochum city centre, the A43, A448 and A40 motorways and also Dortmund and Witten.
The apartment was renovated and newly furnished and equipped throughout in 2025, and is now available to rent.
The rent already includes service charges and heating costs. Electricity costs must be paid separately. Cleaning of the apartment can be arranged if required.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested.

Ausstattung

Living room with exposed beams and good ceiling height, furnished with a large corner sofa, electrically adjustable armchair and a 55″ Samsung smart TV. Internet access provided. A highlight is the large, backlit framed picture. On the other side of the room you have access to the dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and the balcony terrace, which overlooks the garden and offers wide-ranging views. A short staircase leads to the attic level, where there is lots of space to store your bags etc. The open-plan kitchen adjoins the dining room, and is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, tableware, cooking utensils and various small appliances. The apartment also offers a sleeping area with bed (1.5m wide) and a large wardrobe with sliding doors. There is also a home office with desk, cupboards and a sofa. The newly renovated shower room features a glass partition, built-in ceiling spots, heated towel rail and a washbasin with spacious mirrored cabinet and base cabinet. A combined washing machine/dryer awaits you in the building’s cellar.

Lage

Langendreer is an expansive district around seven kilometres east of Bochum city centre, bordering Witten and Dortmund. The district’s small centre offers shops and restaurants, and the Shopping Center Ruhrpark shopping centre is only a short drive away. Transport links: A44, A43, A448. Rail stations: Langendreer and Langendreer-West. Local rail service S1 (Düsseldorf–Dortmund). Tram 310, and various buses to Bochum, Dortmund and Witten.
