Studio/attic storey apartment in a three-family building in a lovely, quiet residential area, from which the A43 and A40 motorways, Bochum city centre and Herne are all just a short journey away. Non-smoking property. The building is situated in a side street with good parking. The centre of Bochum’s Gerthe district, with its shops and a tram stop, is around 13 minutes’ walk away. The Volkspark park, with its walkways, and the Revierpark Gysenberg leisure park in Herne are both nearby.
The rent already includes service charges and heating costs, as well as €80 for electricity. Final cleaning at the end of your stay is invoiced according to the work involved.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

Ausstattung

Homely, modern furnishings. Fully fitted throughout. Wi-fi internet access provided. From the staircase, you enter the entrance hall, which has a wardrobe. From here, another staircase takes you to the spacious, studio-like living and sleeping level. Lighting is provided by fitted ceiling spots. The sleeping area houses a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a large desk. In the living area you will find a sofa, TV and dining area with two chairs. From there you have access to the generous balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the garden and represents a real highlight of the property. The kitchen area is partitioned off, and is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine and tableware etc. The property also has a compact shower room with window. You also have use of a washing machine and drying room in the building’s cellar.

Lage

Hiltrop lies around five kilometres to the north-east of Bochum city centre, bordering neighbouring Herne. The district of Hiltrop is chiefly characterised by sparse residential developments and numerous fields and meadows, interspersed with three scattered business parks. Transport connections: There is a junction (Gerthe) to the A43 motorway directly in the district. Buses take you to Herne, Castrop-Rauxel and various districts of Bochum.
