From here you can access the mezzanine level, with its view over the living room. The mezzanine level houses a study area, cosy sitting area and also a sleeping area. The separate fitted kitchen features a fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob plus all usual kitchen utensils. An additional dining area is accessible from the kitchen. From here, you can access the recessed balcony. The hall houses a large fitted wardrobe containing lots of storage space, as well as providing access to the other two bedrooms. These both include a double bed and wardrobe. One of the bathrooms contains a bath and shower, the other a shower. Both feature heated towel rails, a WC and washbasin.

Lage

Wattenscheid
Wattenscheid lies around six kilometres to the west of the centre of Bochum, and can actually be described as a small town in itself. The pedestrian zone around the old market offers good shopping facilities. The residential and mixed use areas around it can however be described as basic. However, the streets around the beautifully laid out Stadtgarten represent an exception, as does the district of Leithe, with its impressive large open spaces and meadows. Transport connections: A40 (Wattenscheid and Wattenscheid-West). Wattenscheid’s regional rail station offers rapid connections to Essen and Dortmund as well as to Bochum’s main rail station. The A40 motorway junction is less than five minutes’ drive away. Alternatively, the 302 tram stops nearby, taking you towards Gelsenkirchen, Bochum’s Langendreer district or Bochum’s main rail station. Several bus routes also stop nearby.
