Delightful maisonette with exposed beams. Attractive alternative to a hotel, located to the south of the city centre. Restaurants and shops can be found in the vicinity, and the main rail station is only about 10 minutes’ walk away. The tram stop, and the Isenbergviertel, with its popular restaurants and cafes, are about five minutes’ walk away. The rent includes service charges, heating costs, the wi-fi connection and basic cleaning of the floors and bathroom once a month. Electricity must be paid extra. A communal laundry cellar containing a washing machine and dryer is available for your use, as is the garden.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

Real wooden flooring, and fine plaster applied to the walls. Internet access. High quality, stylishly arranged furnishings, plus flat-screen TV with cable connection. The dining area in the apartment’s lower level offers a fitted kitchen with double ceramic hob, fridge and microwave, plus a selection of tableware. There is also a breakfast bar with two comfortable stools. Shower room with Rainshower and additional hand shower, glass partition, glass washbasin and heated towel rail. The spacious room beneath the gables offers a relaxation area with sofa, a working area with large table and a sleeping area with a bed (1.4m wide) and softwood wardrobe. Bedding and towels are provided.

Südviertel
The Südviertel lies directly to the south of the city centre, and is where Essen’s office complexes are situated, as well as being its cultural hub. Furthermore, it is also a popular residential area. Of particular cultural and architectural interest is the Aalto theatre, which houses the Essen Opera. Further south, you will find the Ruhrland museum and the Folkwang museum. The eastern area of the district is a particularly sought-after residential area. The A40 and A52 can be reached in just a few minutes. Parts of the city centre are easily reached on foot, and several tram routes take you to other areas of the city.
