You will be living in an appealing, bright apartment with balcony, and only around 10 minutes‘ drive from Dortmund city centre. The apartment is divided into a spacious living/dining area with open kitchen, bedroom with large double bed, bathroom with bathtub and shower fitting and an entrance hall, from which all rooms are accessed. Deposit: 1 month’s rent. Final cleaning at the end of your stay will be charged according to the work involved, at a rate of €19 per hour.

Excellent fully furnished apartment, including among other things a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, TV with cable connection, laminate flooring, lovely balcony and a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. DSL wi-fi internet. You are responsible for the TV/radio licence. The property owners also speak English.

The district of Benninghofen offers a rural feel, even though it is only around 5km south-east of the city centre. The residential areas are between fields, and in some cases border woods. The southernmost part of the district, Loh, predominantly offers detached houses. Major roads B1, B54, B36 and the A45 motorway are all a few minutes‘ drive away.
