Perfect for people in the area on business or as expatriates, visiting academics or project members.
Very central and attractive location with excellent shopping. Tram route 106 plus underground rail station are nearby. Cleaning of the building’s staircase is already included in the rent. If required, regular cleaning of the apartment can also be arranged. Available to rent to non-smokers, although smoking is permitted on the balcony. The rent already includes service charges and an advance payment of €70 for heating. Electricity must be paid for separately.

The large and attractive district of Rüttenscheid lies approximately two kilometres south of the city centre, and offers not just vibrant life on the ‘RÜ’, the place to see and be seen, with its restaurants and bars, but also green portions such as the Grugapark or its proximity to the popular southern districts of Essen with the Kruppwald woods and the Baldeneysee. Rüttenscheid has its own very appealing market, where on Saturdays people gather to browse, savour and chat. The underground takes you to the main rail station and city centre in just a few minutes, and buses provide links to other districts of the city.
