Modern, spacious apartment offering a view of the lake that is in the direct vicinity. An underground rail stop and shops are within walking distance. (Hörde rail station: 13 minutes‘ walk away.) The apartment offers a living room, bedroom, guest room, bathroom and kitchen. You also have shared use of the appealing inner courtyard. This is a non-smoking property. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

Ausstattung

The apartment is fully fitted and furnished. The living room offers a large sofa, smart TV with DVB-T2 connection and a dining table with four chairs. The guest room is furnished with a sofabed (1.40m x 2.0m). The spacious, bright bedroom offers a large bed (1.80m x 2.0m), a wardrobe and a TV. The separate kitchen includes among other things a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and a coffee machine. The bright new bathroom offers a shower. You also have use of a washing machine and dryer. Flat-rate internet is already included in the rent.

Lage

Hörde is a district in the administrative district of the same name in Dortmund’s south. In 1928, the former independent town in the County of Mark and county town of the Hörde rural district became part of Dortmund. From 1911 to 1928, Hörde was an administrative district in its own right. Today, Hörde is a model of structural change. Hörde is currently being transformed from a district in the shadow of the former Hermannshütte steel and iron works into a modern, leisure-focused district that is home to technology-orientated businesses. Beacons of this urban development are the Phönixsee lake and the establishment of one of Germany’s most important centres for microsystems technology.
