Modern, spacious house – fully furnished! The house is situated in Dortmund’s Dorstfeld district. Shops plus the local rail station Dortmund-Dorstfeld Süd are about ten minutes‘ walk away. The A40 and A45 motorways are a few minutes‘ drive away. The university campus is around 1.5km away. Ground floor with large living room and guest WC. Upstairs: kitchen, guest room and bathroom. Attic storey: the main bedroom. A washing machine is available in the building’s cellar. For each additional person, the rent increases by €100 per month. Final cleaning at the end of your stay will be charged according to the work involved. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

Ausstattung

The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa, desk and flat-screen TV, and also offers access to the patio. Use of the patio possible upon agreement. The kitchen is upstairs, and was newly fitted in 2015. It offers, among other things, an oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood plus a dishwasher and dining area. The kitchen also offers access to the balcony. The guest room is furnished with a bed (0.90 x 2.00m) and a wardrobe. The bright bathroom offers a window and shower. In the attic storey is the bedroom, offering a double bed (1.60 x 2.00m), a chest of drawers and a sideboard. Flat-rate internet (wi-fi) is included in the rent.

Lage

Dorstfeld lies around 3km to the west of the city centre. Worth a visit is DASA, an exhibition by the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Accident Research. The district comprises larger residential areas plus a commercial area in the north. In the south, it borders the B1 main road and the TU Dortmund University.
