Very stylish and homely apartment with its own entrance, located on a side street with on-street parking in Marl. The apartment represents an ideal alternative to a hotel for those with sophisticated tastes, for example for a longer business/professional stay in the region. Non-smoking property. Shops within walking distance. The A43 and A52 motorways are only a few minutes’ drive away. Also served by bus links, with the 223 taking you to Recklinghausen and Marl chemical park. A bicycle can be stored if required. The neighbourhood offers some charming options for sport or excursions, such as the Ried, a conservation area including farmsteads. Recklinghausen golf club and the Loemühle airfield are about eight minutes away by car.
The rent already includes service charges, heating costs, electricity and use of the internet connection. If desired, a cleaning service can also be arranged at additional charge.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested.

The quiet bedroom offers a comfortable divan bed (1.6m wide), a spacious wardrobe with sliding doors and top interior design. The window is fitted with an electric shutter. Adjacent to the apartment’s entrance area is the fitted kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. Tableware, cooking utensils and lots of handy kitchen aids provided. The white-tiled bathroom offers a shower, WC, washbasin with illuminated mirror cabinet and base cabinet, heated towel rail and a washing machine and dryer.

Marl is located on the northern edge of the Ruhr area and offers relics from past centuries and the extensive and beautifully landscaped „Hohe Mark“ nature park as well as new architectural ideas. The culture in Marl was always highly valued and the most important German television prize is still awarded by the Adolf Grimme Institute in Marl.
