Wonderful one-bedroom apartment with balcony, in the Pempelfort area of the city. The generously proportioned living and dining area offers a wonderful view south-west, with the bedroom enjoying a quiet location to the rear. The open-plan kitchen provides access to the balcony, which also faces the rear.
A convenient staircase takes you to the home office area on the upper level, and which provides a view over the rooftops of Düsseldorf.
The banks of the Rhine are only a 15-minute walk away, and are perfect for joggers and walkers alike.
The bus and tram stop St.-Vinzenz-Krankenhaus is only 250 metres away. The popular shops and restaurants on Nordstraße, Schwerinstraße, Moltkestraße and Tußmannstraße are all only a few minutes’ walk away.
It’s possible to rent a parking space from ALDI on Münsterstraße, around 400 metres away from the apartment, at a cost of €100 per month. You are responsible for arranging the contract in your own name.
The rent already includes service charges and heating costs, electricity costs and the cost of the internet connection.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested.

The rooms feature modern parquet flooring. The shower room is bright and modern, with a window to let in natural light and equipped with a Rainshower shower with glass partition. The apartment is fully fitted and furnished, including cooking utensils, tableware, bedlinen and towels. The internet connection is already active, so can be used straight away. Internet-ready TV also provided (Chromecast). The living room offers a large corner sofa and a stylish dining area with a large table and six chairs, situated by the floor-to-ceiling window. From here you have access to the open-plan kitchen with white fitted units, breakfast bar and two barstools. Dishwasher, oven and fridge-freezer provided. A combined washing machine/dryer is housed in the shower room.

Pempelfort is closely bound up with Düsseldorf’s development as a city of the arts and as a garden city. A large part of the Hofgarten, with its gardener’s lodge (today the Theatermuseum) and the Schloss Jägerhof palace, which was built in the 18th century and is now the home of the Goethe Musuem, lies in Pempelfort. The popular shopping streets around Schadowstraße and the Königsallee, along with the Altstadt, are all just a few minutes away. The district of Pempelfort also houses the Ehrenhof complex, which was built in 1925 and houses a museum, the Tonhalle concert hall and exhibition space, the NRW Forum museum and the Museum Kunstpalast art history museum. Covering 2.69 km² and with 27,300 inhabitants, Pempelfort is the largest and most densely populated ward in the Stadtbezirk 1 municipal district.
