A discount supermarket and Italian restaurant are both only 250 metres away. A wide range of shops can be found on Hattinger Straße, around five minutes’ walk away. Swimming baths eight minutes away, and there is also a fitness club nearby.

Bochum’s Linden district is a predominantly low-density residential area situated six kilometres south-west of the city centre and on the border to Hattingen. In Linden’s centre you will find a beautiful marketplace, which exudes a little small-town atmosphere.
Adjoining to the south-west is the industrial and former mining zone.
Transport links: approx 5 km to the south-west ring road (Oviedo-Ring). Trams 308/318, plus buses in almost all directions.
