The apartment is an ideal alternative to a hotel, especially for businesspeople working away from home. Various shops can be found in the immediate vicinity. Wattenscheid-Höntrop local rail station is only around seven minutes’ walk away. From here you can catch the S1 to Bochum’s main rail station, Essen and Dortmund, as well as buses. Alternatively, the tenant can use the parking space that belongs to the building. A junction of the A40 motorway is about seven minutes’ drive away.
The rent already includes the service charges, heating costs and internet access. Electricity must be paid for separately, according to use. Cleaning of the apartment can be arranged with the owner, for additional charge.

Höntrop
This district lies around six kilometres west of Bochum city centre, and actually forms part of Wattenscheid. In the north of Höntrop you can find the Krupp steelworks and the Wattenscheid-West/Fröhliche Morgensonne business park. North of this can be found the Ruhrschnellweg road and right in the middle, the Dortmund–Bochum–Essen rail line. Several suburban residential areas adjoin to the south-east. The west of Höntrop is characterised by broad fields and meadows. The banks of the Ruhr, with footpaths and cycle paths, can be reached by car in around five minutes. And the district of Höntrop even includes a real village, in the form of Stalleicken.
Transport connections: A40 motorway (Wattenscheid exit), connection to the A43. Wattenscheid regional rail station and Höntrop local rail station, with the S1 to Bochum city centre, Dortmund and Essen.
