Cosy compact apartment with separate entrance and patio, in quiet location on the edge of woodland. Living room with open-plan kitchen, with a compact sleeping area separated off. Entrance hall, shower room and patio. Electricity and heating costs must be paid separately, according to use. Final cleaning at the end of your stay will be charged according to the work involved. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested.
The apartment is fully fitted and furnished. The living area is furnished with a sofa, dining table with three chairs, a desk and a fitted wardrobe. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, an oven and fridge with freezer compartment. The sleeping area is separated off from the living room, and is furnished with a bed (0.90m x 2.00m). Seating is also provided on the green patio area. Bathroom with shower. There is an additional wardrobe in the entrance hall.
Wichlinghofen lies around 6km south of the city centre. It is surrounded by woodland (for example, Niederhofer Holz) and is a small but popular residential area. It neighbours the Wellinghofen, Höchsten and Kirchhörde areas of the city. The B54 main road is easily reached, and the A45 motorway is 2km away.
