This charming apartment is located in the heart of Dortmund’s Unionviertel, a popular district with outstanding public transport links. Thanks to its central location, shops, restaurants and leisure activities are easily reached. The apartment is available solely to rent to one person, and smoking is not permitted. Deposit: €795. Final cleaning at the end of your stay will be invoiced according to the work involved. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested.

The apartment is fully fitted and furnished, meaning you will want for nothing during your stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for day-to-day use, including a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment and a practical ceramic hob. The living room offers well-planned comfort, with a foldaway bed (0.90m x 2.00m) that can be stowed away during the day to save space, as well as a modern sofabed (1.40m x 2.00m) and comfortable armchair. A desk is also provided. TV with cable reception. Bathroom with shower and a window. The washing machine is housed directly in the apartment. Internet access already included in the rent.
