The building is situated in a quiet, tree-lined side street in the direct vicinity of the Bergmannsheil hospital. A baker, shops, the Schauspielhaus and underground rail are all only a few minutes’ walk away, with pleasant restaurants in the wider area ready to welcome you.
The rent already includes service charges and heating costs. Electricity costs must be paid separately.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested.
Living room with wonderful, tall bay window, as well as compact working area, armchair and chaise longue. The generously proportioned dining kitchen is equipped with fitted units, a dishwasher, ceramic hob with glass extractor hood, oven, large fridge-freezer, a dining table to seat four and a wonderful traditional cabinet. Kettle, toaster, tableware and cooking utensils also provided. Access to the balcony, which enjoys a quiet location to the rear. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60m wide), which has new mattresses, chests of drawers and clothes racks. The apartment also offers a light-coloured shower room with glass partition and heated towel rail. Separate WC. The washing machine that belongs to the apartment is located in the cellar. Internet access can be arranged upon request, at a cost of around €35 per month.
