Top residential location on Immermannstraße! The apartment is on the second storey of a multi-family building right in the heart of the city, in the Japanese quarter. A lift provides safe, easy access to the second storey. The infrastructure is perfect: public transport, the main rail station, shops to meet your daily needs, the Königsallee and an enormous selection of cafes and restaurants are all just a few steps away. The airport is within quick, easy reach by local rail. The A46 and A3 motorways are around 20 minutes’ drive away.

Service charges and heating costs are already included in the rent. You are responsible for arranging electricity in your own name. Internet access possible at an additional charge of €50 per month. The property owner is responsible for final cleaning at the end of your stay. This will be invoiced according to the work involved, at a rate of €35 per hour.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested.

You enter the property via the spacious entrance hall, which provides access to all rooms. The living room is furnished with a dining table to seat four, two inviting sofas and a TV. From the living room, you have access to the compact, rear-facing balcony. The separate fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer, as well as a basic selection of tableware and cooking utensils.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2.00m x 1.80m) and a spacious wardrobe.
The bathroom offers a large shower and wall-mounted WC. There is also another shower in the separate guest WC. The washing machine and dryer are installed next to each other in the apartment’s hallway.

The property is located right in the centre of Düsseldorf, in the popular Japanese quarter. This residential area is also affectionately known as Little Tokyo. The name couldn’t be more appropriate, as here you will find a succession of Japanese restaurants virtually next door to one another, and which are extremely popular not only among Japanese. Japanese bars and various karaoke bars provide a pleasant entertainment programme. Japanese supermarkets and other shops to meet your daily needs are all within immediate walking distance on Immermanstraße. Little Tokyo lies right in the heart of Düsseldorf city centre, only a few minutes’ walk from the main rail station. Direct links to the airport and trade fair centre. NRW’s state capital offers a unique cultural, shopping and entertainment experience. The Altstadt (‘old town’), renowned shopping street the Kö and the Capitol Theater are all easily reached on foot.
