The apartment was redesigned, and the furnishings completed, in autumn 2020. It is now being offered as furnished accommodation for the first time. The A40 motorway is just a few minutes’ drive away. Wattenscheid rail station, with direct links to Essen and Bochum city centre, is about 550 metres away. Service charges Operating as well as € 185 flat rate for heating costs and € 30 rent for a car parking space are already included in the rent, electricity is to be paid by the tenant in addition.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

Upon entering the property, you are greeted by the stylish, spacious dining hall, from which all rooms are accessed separately. The living room offers an inviting corner sofa, a TV and access to the south-facing balcony. The property offers two bedrooms, each housing a double bed and spacious wardrobe. Lage

Wattenscheid
Wattenscheid lies around six kilometres to the west of the centre of Bochum, and can actually be described as a small town in itself. The pedestrian zone around the old market offers good shopping facilities. The residential and mixed use areas around it can however be described as basic. However, the streets around the beautifully laid out Stadtgarten represent an exception, as does the district of Leithe, with its impressive large open spaces and meadows. Transport connections: A40 (Wattenscheid and Wattenscheid-West). Regional rail station Wattenscheid. Tram 302 to city centre/Laer and Gelsenkirchen. Various bus routes.
