Stylish dream apartment, bathed in light, on the second storey of a very well-maintained multi-family building. Non-smoking property. All shops to meet your daily needs are within easy walking distance on Grafenberger Allee and Lindemannstraße. An underground rail station served by routes U72, U73 and U80, as well as a tram stop served by the 707, are only 50 metres away. The city centre, including the Königsallee, is only two kilometres away. A parking space in the building Grafenberger Allee 130 can be rented at additional charge. Access lies directly opposite on Lindemannstraße. On-street parking also available on surrounding streets, such as Hans-Sachs-Straße.
The rent already includes service charges and heating costs, electricity, the cost of the internet connection and fortnightly cleaning of the apartment. The property owner is responsible for final cleaning at the end of your stay. This will be invoiced according to the work involved, at a rate of €35 per hour.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested.

All rooms are accessible from the central entrance hall. The living rooms feature high quality oak parquet flooring. The living room and dining room are separated by a double sliding door. The open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven and a comprehensive selection of tableware and cooking utensils are all provided. The dining table seats up to eight people, as well as providing enough space to use as a home office. The internet connection is active and ready for immediate use.
The living room offers a cosy seating corner and smart satellite TV. The living room and bedroom both provide access to the large, rear-facing balcony/loggia, which offers a magnificent view of the surrounding gardens. The bedroom Is furnished with a double bed and spacious wardrobe. The high quality, modern bathroom offers natural light and is equipped with a walk-in shower and wall-mounted WC. A guest WC rounds the property off.

Why is Brehmstraße in Düsseldorf’s Düsseltal district, which of course all Düsseldorfers know better as the zoo quarter, actually called Brehmstraße? Here’s why: In the 19th century, the well-known zoologist Alfred Brehm (author of ‘Brehms Tierleben’ – ‘Brehm’s Animal Life’) was often a guest of ‘Fauna’, the Düsseldorf Animal Protection Society, and it was he who encouraged the construction of a zoo here. But that’s all history: In the second world war, the entire site sank into dust and ashes. Its memory however lives on in the popular name Zooviertel (zoo quarter). However, the name of the street primarily reminds locals of the ice stadium in which the Düsseldorfer EG ice hockey team racked up countless successes before moving to their new home the ISS DOME. The Zoopark, which occupies the site of the former zoo today, features a pond, grassed areas and play areas, representing a sort of green lung in this district.
Düsseltal is in general a district with lots of greenery. Thanks to its parks and beautiful boulevards, which house old apartment buildings and impressive villas, Düsseltal counts among the city’s most sought-after residential addresses.
