Letting instruction

Once your property has been added to our portfolio, we will promptly introduce suitable prospective tenants.

Viewing or direct letting

At the viewing, either you or we show the apartment to prospective tenants. You then make your choice. If a viewing is not possible, you decide based on the customer profile and our team’s recommendations.

Tenancy agreement

Once you approve the tenancy, we prepare the tenancy agreement immediately. It is usually sent by email straight away. Alternatively, you may use your own draft agreement.

Rent & deposit

The tenant pays the deposit and first month’s rent no later than the move-in date. Please observe the legal requirements governing the custody of deposits. HomeCompany will be happy to answer any questions.

Agency fee

You receive an invoice for the agency fee in accordance with our terms and conditions. The amount depends on the agreed rental period.

Handover

An appointment to hand over the apartment and keys is arranged at both the beginning and end of the tenancy. Together with the tenant, you should briefly document the condition and inventory of the apartment. We will be happy to provide suitable forms.

Extension & move-out

In good time, we discuss whether the tenant wishes to extend the tenancy or move out as planned. Depending on the decision, we prepare an extension agreement or offer the apartment again. At move-out, you settle the deposit and return it to the tenant.
