Selection

a) Viewing
We organise viewing appointments for the properties that are on the shortlist for you. Alternatively, you can arrange appointments directly with the landlords. You then make your choice.

b) Direct selection without a viewing
If you do not have the time or opportunity for a viewing, you can decide based on the detailed illustrated property listing or our team’s recommendations.

Rental agreement

Once you have made your choice of property, we will immediately prepare the tenancy agreement for signature. We can usually send the agreement to you immediately by email.

Rent & deposit

You pay the first month’s rent and the deposit to the landlord before or at the latest when you receive the keys. Payment is usually made by bank transfer or in cash by arrangement.

Move in & settle in

The flat and keys are handed over at the agreed time. Settle into your new home and make yourself comfortable.

Extend or move out

In good time, we discuss whether you would like to extend the tenancy or move out as planned. We then prepare an extension agreement or arrange the return of the apartment. After move-out, the deposit is settled and returned to you.
