This wonderful maisonette is situated in an upmarket residential area in the Golzheim area of the city, with pretty much unbeatable views of the Rhine, with the Rheinwiesen meadows on one side and the marina on the other. If you’re looking for a bright, tastefully furnished apartment enjoying a quiet location and yet only a 15-minute underground rail journey from the city centre, this is exactly what you’ve been looking for. The loft-like living room features real wood (beech) parquet flooring and spans the front to the rear of the building. Access to the spacious balcony and its view of greenery. From the fitted kitchen you have access to the spacious utility room. On the same level, you will also find the guest WC, which also includes a shower. From the entrance hall, a wide staircase leads to the upper level. Here you will find the bedrooms, bathroom with bath and shower and the dressing room. On-street parking easily found. The B7 main road and A52 motorway are easily reached by car. Underground rail stops Reeser Platz and Theodor-Heuss-Brücke are both only a few minutes’ walk away. The rent already includes all service charges and ancillary costs. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested.
