The monthly rent of € 495 includes service charges, heating costs and electricity. Deposit: 1 month's rent. Final cleaning at the end of your stay by arrangement. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony! We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.
