The apartment was renovated and newly furnished and equipped throughout in 2025, and is now available to rent. The rent already includes service charges and heating costs. Electricity costs must be paid separately. Cleaning of the apartment can be arranged if required. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested.
