It was designed by Paul Portten, who designed the Grugaturm tower, and combines stylistic elements of the ‘New Architecture’ and the garden city concept with Bauhaus elements. In recent years, the building has undergone thorough refurbishment, and is now as good as new. At the maisonette’s highest point, the ceilings are around 5 metres high. In terms of furnishings, the apartment predominantly features design classics. The rent already includes running and heating costs, as well as electricity costs and weekly basic cleaning of the apartment.
