Fully furnished three-room apartment in an older building, with high ceilings, two bathrooms and rear-facing balcony. Non-smoking property. Top residential location in the Unterbilk area of Düsseldorf, near the MedienHafen. Lorettostraße is only a minute’s walk away and the Bilker Kirche church is two minutes away. This area is one of the most prestigious in the Düsseldorf-Mitte district of the city. Numerous cafes and restaurants offering a wide range of cuisines, as well as numerous shops, mean that shopping and going out is a special experience. In the immediate vicinity, directly on the Rhine, is the MedienHafen (‘media harbour‘). To the north, Carlstadt and the Altstadt are 15 minutes’ walk away. The rent already includes the building’s service charges (excluding heating) and the cost of the parking space. You are responsible for arranging and paying for electricity and gas from an energy company. You also pay the property owner the cost of the internet connection (Vodafone Plus package). We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested.

The living rooms and kitchen all have attractive parquet flooring. All three rooms are furnished with a bed: 2.00m x 2.00m, 1.60m x 2.00m and a single bed respectively. Internet access provided, as is a large smart TV (cable connection from Vodafone). The first bathroom offers a bath and WC, whereas the second bathroom has a shower and a WC and also houses the washing machine. The dining room is furnished with a large table, freezer and a clothes dryer. Adjoining this is the fitted kitchen, including a dishwasher, fridge, hob and microwave. Tableware and cooking utensils provided. The parking space is in the Fürstenwall car park, run by the company APCOA, and is only two to three minutes’ walk away.
