It’s in a beautiful historic house, in the backer part with a balcony. You enter the flat through a wide corridor and belong to the living room.

The flat is situated in a little one way street close to the river Spree.
Its really calm, but a little bit further there is the vivid Alexanderplatz with plenty shopping possibilities and to the other side Kreuzberg with all the cool Itplaces- restaurants, bars and clubs, –
some of the hottest are walking distance.
