The attractive shopping area based around the roundabout in Weitmar is only 800 metres away, and offers a supermarket, bakery and dispensing chemist etc. Bochum city centre is around 15 minutes’ drive away or 28 minutes away by direct bus. Good sport and leisure activities available in the area. The rent has been calculated on the basis of occupancy by one or two people, and already includes service charges, heating costs and the cost of cleaning the building’s staircase. If occupied by a family, the rent increases. Electricity costs must be paid separately. The apartment also has its own parking space in the building’s underground garage, as well as a large, dry room in the cellar.
