Just a few minutes’ walk to the shops and restaurants on Rüttenscheider Straße, as well as to the Martinstraße underground rail and bus stop. The A40 and A52 motorways are only a short drive away. The rent already includes the service charges and heating costs. Regular cleaning of the apartment can be arranged if required. Electricity costs payable separately, according to use. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested.
