Modern, spacious apartment located directly by the lake. An underground rail stop and shops are within walking distance. (Hörde rail station: 13 minutes' walk away.) The apartment offers a living room, bedroom, guest room, bathroom and kitchen. You also have shared use of the appealing inner courtyard. This is a non-smoking property. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

The apartment is fully fitted and furnished. The living room offers a large sofa, smart TV with DVB-T2 connection and a dining table with four chairs. The guest room is furnished with a sofabed (1.40m x 2.0m). The spacious, bright bedroom offers a large bed (1.80m x 2.0m), a wardrobe and a TV. The separate kitchen includes among other things a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and a coffee machine. The bright new bathroom offers a shower. You also have use of a washing machine and dryer. Flat-rate internet is already included in the rent.
