Consequences of withdrawal
In case of successful withdrawal the mutual performances and emoluments (for example interest) must be returned. Are you not able to give back respectively return the receipted performance and emoluments (for example usage benefits) in whole or in part or solely in declined condition, you must reimburse to this extent the performance and emoluments. This can have the consequence that nevertheless you are obliged to accomplish the contractual payment obligations for the time period ending with the withdrawal.
Obligations to reimburse payments must be accomplished within 30 days. For you the time limit starts with the dispatch, for us with the receipt of your declaration of withdrawal.
Special advices
