The Unionviertel is a district to the west of Dortmund city centre, and is known as a quarter for creatives. The district lies directly to the west of the city centre, and is a popular, densely populated residential area with complete infrastructure. Streets of older buildings can be found near the Westpark. The B1 main road is around 1km away, and the A45 motorway is 2km away.
