The house is located in a preferred, beautiful residential area of Wattenscheid and is only a few minutes drive from the A 40. Around the corner is a fancy, good bakery, there are two restaurants and a pizza service in the area. The inner city area of Wattenscheid can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Bus lines go, for example, in the direction of Bochum-Dahlhausen, Herne and Essen-Steele.
The rent already includes the maintenance of the garden belonging to the apartment, staircase cleaning, operating costs and an advance payment of € 100,- for heating costs. Water charges and electricity are to be paid separately.

A washing machine and dryer can be found in the building’s cellar. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. An additional bedroom offers a single bed and a wardrobe. An internet connection can be arranged if required. An underground parking space with charging device for an e-car can be rented by arrangement. A cleaning service is also possible.

Wattenscheid lies around six kilometres to the west of the centre of Bochum, and can actually be described as a small town in itself. The pedestrian zone around the old market offers good shopping facilities. The streets around the beautifully laid out Stadtgarten are attractive, as is the district of Leithe, with its impressive large open spaces and meadows.
