Fully fitted and furnished maisonette on the second storey of a quiet three-family building. Non-smoking property. Side street with good parking, just a few minutes’ drive to the A40 and A43. On the lower level you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen, one bedroom and the bathroom. An open staircase takes you to the upper level, where the fully developed roof space offers an additional bedroom and a working area. An additional TV is also provided here. The minimum rental period is three months.
The rent has been calculated on the basis of occupancy by one or two people, and already includes service charges and heating costs as well as € 40 for internet access. If occupied by three or four people, the rent increases by €50 per person. Electricity costs must be paid separately.
We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.

Rund fünf Kilometer östlich der City Bochums liegt Bochum Werne. Werne besitzt einen noch fast dörflichen Kern, den Ein- und Mehrfamilienhäuser mäßiger Dichte umgeben. Landschaftliche Perlen sind der Ümmiger See ganz im Süden und die Harpener Teiche am Nordwestrand Wernes.
Verkehrsanbindung: Jeweils ca. 1km zur A 40 und A 43. Busse zur City und in andere Teile Bochums sowie nach Dortmund.
