Modern, stylish one-bedroomed apartment in the Lütgendortmund area of Dortmund. The apartment is arranged as follows: entrance hall, bathroom with window, bedroom, practical storage room and an open-plan dining kitchen. The monthly rent is €895. The rent includes service charges, heating costs, electricity and flat-rate internet (wi-fi). A car parking space in the inner courtyard can be rented for €30 per month. Deposit: 1 month's rent. Final cleaning will be invoiced according to the work involved. The apartment is available to rent to a maximum of one person. If required, regular cleaning of the apartment can be arranged, upon agreement and at additional charge. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested.

The apartment is fully fitted and furnished. The open-plan dining kitchen is furnished with a high quality sofa, a designer sideboard and a flat-screen TV, among other things. The high-gloss kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and much more. The bedroom is furnished with a spacious wardrobe and a bed (1.60m x 2.00m). The bathroom offers natural light and has a bath with shower attachment. There is also a washing machine in the building's cellar. Flat-rate internet (wi-fi) included in the rent.
